A little bit about Luv Bugz jewelry........

Luv-bugz creates hand-stamped 100% sterling silver pendants. Each one-of-a kind piece is carefully designed and crafted by hand; custom created for you.  Every letter is hand-forged into silver without the use of a machine. The art of stamping shows the hand of the maker inherently in the work, a rare commodity in todays mass produced markets.

Hand stamped art is very unique. It is hip and fashionable 'mama' jewelry, a welcome alternative to machine engraving.  Personalized pendants for proud mothers and grandmothers are popular choices accompanied with Swarovski crystal birth stones or freshwater pearls.

The beauty of the jewelry is the personalization of each piece. Whatever you can think, I can create, allowing freedom of expression which is valued for pieces that are to be worn with loved ones in mind. Not only names but short phrases and words straight from the heart can be transferred into a heirloom piece.

I have found peace and pleasure while designing these necklaces. The most rewarding part has been the overwhelming response from people when they receive them. Testimonials from mothers and grandmothers that have cherished these gifts so gratefully. Their experience has been sheer joy when seeing children and/or grandchildren's names imprinted in sterling silver. I am inspired by the connectedness I feel as a mother of 3 with other woman on this journey, and love that these pendants are a celebration of family.

Letter placement is variable in hand stamped art. Although the aim (in some pieces) is to line the letters up, the result is never completely even. Letters vary in depth and intensity. This is not seen as a flaw, but is exactly what adds to the character and uniqueness of each piece.

I use .925 sterling silver, 20, 22, and 24 gauge pendants. Copper is a fun and funky addition to any piece. Standard keychains are brass.
